RFID tags and labels for any scenario

Gain full control of your products and items across the supply chain.

06 - Amplio catálogo

There are many types of RFID tags and labels on the market, and choosing the right option for your application is critical to the success of your project.

That is why Tagtio offers a broad catalogue to meet a wide range of requirements.

RFID tags for industrial applications

If your project requires it, we can develop custom RFID tags tailored to the type of use (materials, adhesives, chip memory, antenna design, etc.).

01 -

UHF RFID tags

Widely used in logistics, warehouse management and traceability applications that require control of large volumes of items and assets in complex environments.
02 -

HF RFID tags

Commonly used in smart cards, baggage tracking and industrial applications—mainly for asset identification.
03 -

NFC RFID tags

Suitable for credit cards and smart cards. They help ensure authenticity and tamper evidence (tamper-proof). They also enable end-user interaction for marketing actions.
04 -

LF RFID tags

Common in animal identification, access control, asset tracking, and vehicle ignition control, among others. These tags are passive (no battery) and have relatively small memory.
05 -

RFID tags
with Sensors (IoT)

Some UHF and HF RFID tags integrate sensors to measure environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature or pressure. They are used for traceability and monitoring applications (cold-chain traceability, etc.), enabling the capture of large volumes of data.

In some cases, using standard RFID labels is not viable - for example, when they are exposed to high temperatures or chemicals.

In other cases, standard options do not fully meet the application requirements, whether due to materials, adhesives, chip memory, antenna design, etc.

At Tagtio, we design custom industrial RFID tags to meet your company’s needs, whatever they may be.

UHF RFID label for returnable containers (RTIs)

The RTItrace label is designed to identify returnable plastic assets—containers, trays, or KLTs—that are used intensively across the supply chain. It provides a high-performance identification solution at a competitive cost.

The RFID label can be easily applied to almost any surface thanks to a high-performance acrylic adhesive, with excellent adhesion to most plastic surfaces (smooth or textured). It is resistant to most chemicals and to the temperatures typically used when washing plastic containers.
  • Frequency: 860–960 MHz — UHF

  • Read range: Up to 15 m*

  • EPC memory: 96 bits. Other options available. Additional memory sizes available on request.

  • Format: Label with synthetic face stock and high-performance acrylic adhesive

  • Size: 124 × 48 mm. Other formats available (subject to the selected inlay dimensions).

  • Resistance to washing processes with chemical agents: On request

  • Customization services available: Printing and encoding.

*Depending on the environment, and on the reader’s performance and configuration.
